All canine guests must be up-to-date on their DHPP, Rabies, Bordetella, and Canine Influenza vaccines. All vaccines should be completed at least two weeks prior to your pet’s stay, and the Bordetella vaccine must have been administered within the last six weeks. We also recommend talking to your veterinarian about vaccinating your dog against Leptospirosis before their stay with us.
Your dog must be flea-free upon arrival. If we discover evidence of fleas on them within 24 hours of arrival, we will remedy the situation at your expense.
If your dog stays with us for more than five days, they will receive a mandatory freshen-up bath at a reduced fee at the end of their stay.
We encourage you to bring your pet’s regular food from home. Please place each feeding in an individual baggie. If you do not bring your pet’s usual food, they will receive our house diet, which is Purina PRO PLAN with a little gravy. There is a charge of $2 per day for house food.
If your pet takes any medications, please bring them in their original containers. We administer medication for a nominal fee of $2 per dose, per medication.
We provide ample clean bedding. If you bring personal items from home, we are not responsible for loss or damage.
If you have an older pet or one who has special requirements, we offer Special Care at an additional fee of $10 per day.
We are happy to administer oral or topical medications or supplements to your pets! Medication must be in the original prescribed container with the prescription label adhered.
Please bring enough food for the duration of your pet's boarding stay. You must provide individual prepackaged containers or Ziplock bags with your pet’s name and food measured by meal or a meal packaging fee of $3 per day (max of $15 per boarding stay) will be applied to your pet’s invoice. Canned food and meal toppers are accepted in their original container, but must be labeled with your pet's name.
